In 2019 Porsche had the vision to enhance their 918 Spyder Circle into a global Porsche community. So we created “The Porsche Circle”, a user centred community platform — granting access into the world of Porsche, exclusive events, unique driving tours around the world, visits to the Porsche headquarters and factory non-public areas, as well as exclusively curated insight stories, videos and podcasts.

Scope:
Strategy & Onboarding: Analyzed Porsche's international market network and customer database systems to develop a strategy for inviting eligible customers to The Porsche Circle.
Exclusive Experiences: Collaborated with stakeholders to design and deliver global events, driving tours, and premium brand content.
Mobile App: Designed and oversaw the development of a mobile app for event showcasing, booking, and reservation management.
Content Strategy & Production: Creative and direction, production, and curation of content to support event storytelling and releases.




Deliverables:
/ Developed an onboarding system, enabling custom- addressed invitations to each eligible member within international market databases.
/ Mobile application design — providing access to news, events, driving tours, booking capabilities, an event calendar and customer support.
/ UI design system implementation and alignment with the Porsche design system for a cohesive brand experience.
/ Iteratively refined the application through user feedback, testing and the development of new features.
/ Creation and curation of promotional content to drive awareness and boost participation for upcoming events.
