BMW-M
Individual Visualizer
BMW M set out to create a digital experience worthy of its most exclusive offering: BMW Individual. The goal was to showcase over 160 custom paint colors across 30+ models—offering users a seamless, immersive way to explore the full personalization potential of the BMW M range. As UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for translating this ambitious vision into a clear, intuitive and scalable user experience.
My work involved ideation workshops, journey mapping, and prototyping, working in agile collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and content leads to define a meaningful MVP scope aligned with business and user goals.

Brand alignment
Journey mapping

Usability
Scope:
I mapped out key user journeys and task flows to identify potential friction points and ensure a logical, enjoyable interaction—regardless of the user's entry point. Visual prototypes were developed early to validate design directions and gather feedback. The UI design process emphasized brand alignment with BMW's existing design system while allowing flexibility for future enhancements. I designed key interface elements including model selection, filters, search, and multilingual support, while optimizing for responsiveness and high-res imagery across devices.
